message from Mark Hello All, Just wanted to extend my thanks foe everyones concerns and well wishes. I'm currently still in hospital, but on the mend slowly, the operation for my knee went well and they are happy with the wound but looks like I have an infection somewhere else so they are looking into that to ensure it's sorted before I go home. Coppice 2025 information please read
URGENT: @everyone We still need people at Coopice on Thursday to help transport items for the Tombola and Bric-a-brac stall from Stanley village. All help would be greatly appreciated. Below is a Rota for Coppice it is not set in stone, I have just tried to make sure everyone covering a full day gets a lunch break. If anyone is not happy with the hours i have put them down for please let me know asap. Also, we have Claire who will be selling raffle tickets. If anyone can help on Sunday 12:00 - 14:00 to cover lunch breaks that would be great. All your help is much appreciated and the committee Thank you

4Cs AGM 19 th July 2025 St Peter’s Sports & Social Club, Netherseal Committee Present: Mark Chapman – Chairman Sarah Noble - Secretary Sue Woodward – Treasurer Sandra Roberts – Events Co-Ordinator John Beresford – Rally Secretary Shelly Pointon – Social Secretary Minutes taken by Julie Galliers The meeting was called to order at 3:10 pm by the Meeting Chair (MC), who welcomed all 22 members in attendance and advised that the meeting would be recorded – no objections were raised. Apologies (MC) reported no apologies had been received. Minutes and Actions of the last AGM All outstanding actions from the last AGM were discussed as follows: Action: Paul Roberts asked for Fort Ways Rally to be added to the events list. Outcome: This rally has been reinstated to the events list. Action: Lynn raised the issue of requesting more support on the stalls at fundraising events. Committee Meeting Notes - 7th July 2025
As of the 5th of July 2025, we have 36 members. Consent form for photos on the website/Facebook page will be added to the membership forms. A tick list for all existing members will be completed at the AGM. Due to the lack of support at the Blythe House farm rally, unfortunately, we have now lost this venue. Reminder that the Four Winds North Wales rally is cancelled due to a lack of interest. Storage of Club equipment possibly a lockable storage container to put in someone's garden. Coppice if you could Bring any donations of iteams to the AGM it would be much appreciated. We would like to record the AGM meeting to make documenting the minutes easier, which would be deleted straight after the minutes have been typed up. If anyone objects to the recording of the meeting please let us know before the AGM. Next meeting 19th July.
