Hi @everyone here are a few bullet points from the committee meeting on friday 6th february.

Also the committee wanted to give a big belated thank you to @Helen Callaghan for all her hard work stepping in as cook at the Christmas rally, also to @Juley Ann for completing an online course, food hygiene certificate online during the rally so she could help us out with the food prep during the Christmas rally and future rallies. We would also like to thank you all for your continued support because without that we could not do what we do. THANK YOU.


  1. New membership forms online and on paper, photo usage & privacy added. The photo usage & privacy policy has been added onto the website.

  2. Miniature railway rally has been confirmed on 13th 14th June. This will be our Air Ambulance biggest fundraiser of the year. We would like helpers for the Tombola and hand made items stall please.

  3. Once the 2027 rallies have been confirmed in March/April the venues and dates will be uploaded to the clubs website and also on the events section on Facebook.

  4. All the club's policies and risk assessments are in the process of being updated.

  5. preparation for the fundraiser in June is on the way, so if anyone has any tombola, raffle prizes or lengths of fabric to make items with they wish to donate please hand them to a committee member.

  6. The cost of socials (food) will be increasing to cover inflation and also children will now be half price,

  7. Paul is busy completing booking rallies for 2027 and is having a look into 2028. If you have any new venues you would like us to look into then please let us know a.s.a.p so we can look into seeing if they are viable

As of the 5th of July 2025, we have 36 members. Consent form for photos on the website/Facebook page will be added to the membership forms. A tick list for all existing members will be completed at the AGM. Due to the lack of support at the Blythe House farm rally, unfortunately, we have now lost this venue. Reminder that the Four Winds North Wales rally is cancelled due to a lack of interest. Storage of Club equipment possibly a lockable storage container to put in someone's garden. Coppice if you could Bring any donations of iteams to the AGM it would be much appreciated. We would like to record the AGM meeting to make documenting the minutes easier, which would be deleted straight after the minutes have been typed up. Coppice 2025 information please read

  URGENT: @everyone We still need people at Coopice on Thursday to help transport items for the Tombola and Bric-a-brac stall from Stanley village. All help would be greatly appreciated. Below is a Rota for Coppice it is not set in stone, I have just tried to make sure everyone covering a full day gets a lunch break. If anyone is not happy with the hours i have put them down for please let me know asap. Also, we have Claire who will be selling raffle tickets. If anyone can help on Sunday 12:00 - 14:00 to cover lunch breaks that would be great. All your help is much appreciated and the committee Thank you
