Coppice 2025 information please read

 URGENT: @everyone

We still need people at Coopice on Thursday to help transport items for the tombola and Bric-a-brac stall from Stanley village. All help would be greatly appreciated.
Below is a Rota for Coppice it is not set in stone, I have just tried to make sure everyone covering a full day gets a lunch break. Also, we have Claire who will be selling raffle tickets.
If anyone can help on Sunday 12:00 - 14:00 to cover lunch breaks that would be great. All your help is much appreciated and the committee Thank you 😊

Committee Meeting Notes - 7th July 2025

As of the 5th of July 2025, we have 36 members. Consent form for photos on the website/Facebook page will be added to the membership forms. A tick list for all existing members will be completed at the AGM. Due to the lack of support at the Blythe House farm rally, unfortunately, we have now lost this venue. Reminder that the Four Winds North Wales rally is cancelled due to a lack of interest. Storage of Club equipment possibly a lockable storage container to put in someone's garden. Coppice if you could Bring any donations of iteams to the AGM it would be much appreciated. We would like to record the AGM meeting to make documenting the minutes easier, which would be deleted straight after the minutes have been typed up.
