Committee Meeting Notes - 7th July 2025

  • As of the 5th of July 2025, we have 36 members.
  • Consent form for photos on the website/Facebook page will be added to the membership forms. A tick list for all existing members will be completed at the AGM.
  • Due to the lack of support at the Blythe House farm rally, unfortunately, we have now lost this venue.
  • Reminder that the Four Winds North Wales rally is cancelled due to a lack of interest.
  • Storage of Club equipment possibly a lockable storage container to put in someone's garden.
  • Coppice if you could Bring any donations of iteams to the AGM it would be much appreciated.
  • We would like to record the AGM meeting to make documenting the minutes easier, which would be deleted straight after the minutes have been typed up.
  • If anyone objects to the recording of the meeting please let us know before the AGM.
  • Next meeting 19th July.
